JPEG, PNG, TIFF, WebP, HEIC and camera RAW (DNG, CR2, CR3, NEF, ARW…) are converted to high-quality JPEG, the format agencies ask for. EPS, AI and SVG vectors go with their JPG preview. MP4 and MOV clips (5 to 60 seconds) are tagged from their frames and go to Adobe Stock, Shutterstock and iStock / Getty Images. Keywords are written in English, the language buyers search in.
Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, iStock / Getty Images, Magnific (Freepik), Alamy, Dreamstime and 123RF, plus a ready-made zip for any other agency (Canva, Envato…). Depositphotos and Pond5 come next.
No. They land in your account at each agency with their metadata, and you send them to review on the agency’s site. That’s how agencies work with FTP uploads.
Not every account gets FTP: Adobe only offers it to some contributors and Magnific (Freepik) from 500 published files. Tagvora then gives you a folder per agency, ready to drag onto its site, and the CSV that fills in titles, keywords and categories in one go.
iStock / Getty Images doesn’t offer FTP to contributors. Tagvora embeds the title, description and keywords in each file, so its ESP uploader reads them when you upload there.
Tagvora flags images that look AI-generated and you have the final say. They only go to agencies that accept them (Adobe Stock, Magnific (Freepik), Dreamstime and 123RF); Shutterstock, iStock / Getty Images and Alamy are blocked. For Magnific (Freepik), the prompt and the AI model go in its CSV.
Yes. Mark a photo as editorial, add city, country and date (taken from the camera) and Tagvora writes the caption in the format agencies ask for. Editorial photos only go to the agencies that accept them: Shutterstock, iStock / Getty Images, Alamy, Dreamstime and 123RF.
Encrypted, never in a plain file, and they’re never shown again once saved. Tagvora also checks it’s really the agency’s server before sending your password. You can also start without passwords: download the zip for each agency and upload it yourself.
You do. We only process them to create metadata and send them to the agencies you choose.
